Good Hotel Near the Tram

secure parking helpful staff tram access

The room was a Standard Double Room Sofa Bed. The hotel has free, secure parking. It is near the tram for travel. The receptionist staff was nice, they gave me a map of the city center plus tram lines.

Our room had no tea or coffee facilities, not even a mini fridge. The duvet was too thin and there was only one extra pillow. The heating was not working right, I felt cold at night.

Service

The front desk is available 24 hours a day and the staff are friendly. Reception provided a useful map of the city center and tram lines, and also offered helpful directions.

Facilities

8/10

Free secure parking is available behind a locked gate. A restaurant connects to the hotel where breakfast is served and includes a good selection of hot and cold items, including some for children.
